In the first situation, an unarmed man who was following instructions was shot and handcuffed for no reason whatsoever.
The second - illegal shooting by police. Young man was carrying the air rifle in Walmart where he got it, he wasn't a threat (accept of course he was black), open carry state so he could carry it anywhere he damn well pleased. Evidently blacks can't do that.
The third was simply an execution. Could have tazed him or shot him in the leg, but no, just shot multiple times even while on the ground, and then while lying dead on the ground, he was handcuffed.
