Had the traffic cameras been defeated in Maple Heights, looks like eventually the state of Ohio would have banned these cams (and will ban the cams).
So much for Maple Heights government putting their thinking caps on. What a waste of time for Maple's leadership, and more importantly, their legal screw up was costly for the taxpayer.
There were so many reasons why Maple Heights should have never put those traffic cameras up. They should have considered the legal climate. They were too busy trying to milk all the citizens (in Maple and outside of Maple), just like in Cleveland.
