Doesn't anyone over there at city hall know how to prioritize and balance a checkbook?
NOT IN FAVOR OF LAYING OFF FIREFIGHTERS. POLICE YES AND REPLACING MOST OF THEM WITH AUXILIARY (LOCAL/RESIDENT) SAFETY FORCES.
