We're told that if you admit guilt by not appealing your ticket, you won't prevail in a class action lawsuit. Ask an attorney about this.
Anyway, save a copy of your ticket just in case there's a class action lawsuit or judicial ruling in your favor.
While the Ohio Supreme Court was deciding whether to make Maple Maple Heights put the charter amendment to ban the use of photo monitoring devices in Maple, the folks in your gov't decided to put more cameras up. In other words, they didn't give a damn. This sums up the attitude of Maple gov. They don't give a damn about your rights as citizens.
