The City of Maple Heights Building Department has been outsourced.

To schedule an inspection, call 440.399.0850 between the hours of 9am to 12 noon and 1pm to 4pm - Monday to Friday.  Closed for lunch 12noon to 1pm

24 hour minimum notice for ALL inspections

Please be prepared to give the following information when scheduling your inspection:

• Permit number
• Contractor
• Contractor contact name
• Phone number
• Type of inspection

Due to the implementation of a new computer system, if you do not have the above information, the inspection cannot be scheduled.

Where required in existing dwellings.

Where work requiring a permit occurs in existing dwellings that have attached garages or in existing dwellings within which fuel fired appliances exist, carbon monoxide alarms shall be provided in accordance w Section 315.1
